Hi, my name’s Sharan Uppal and I’m a Mortgage Advisor with over 13 years industry experience. I’m based in West Midlands since 2009 and cover clients throughout the UK.

I’m CEMAP qualified with high-level corporate experience as an Executive Mortgage Advisor for leading UK Estate Agencies.

Following my success in April 2019 I set up as “Sharan Uppal Mortgages” where my  journey has continued to grow even during the changing and testing times of the Covid 19 pandemic. I have been able to adapt my ways of working since March 2020 allowing me to work remotely, whilst like many of us home-schooling 2 young children.

Flexible working

Being a business owner, I appreciate how crucial it is to be flexible for my clients. To ensure all communications are carried out smoothly, we arrange meetings via video sessions, telephone appointments and home visits. Continually, ensuring COVID-19 guidelines are adhered to.

My drive and motivation

This past year has furthermore enhanced my genuine passion for helping my customers make big life decisions, supporting them onto the property ladder whether it be first time buyers to those buying their dream forever home. 

When working with customers I always ensure I deliver optimum customer care, satisfaction and attention. I share my extensive knowledge of the industry to ensure my customer are equipped with all necessary information making the experience relatable, accessible and simple to understand, allowing them to be confident when making informed decisions.

As a further bespoke service I am fluent in Punjabi, English, Urdu and Hindi and so can provide this service to non English speaking clients with these language capabilities.

I always establish a open and transparent line of communication from the beginning, so that my customers are comfortable to approach me, allowing me to support them through the whole journey of their house buying process.
